However i cannot find such folder as it seems that i my game has installed in the origin's game folder and not in the Electronic arts folder (which is were everyone else's game seems to Sims 4 > Mods > *mod folder name* > *mod files* Note: You can also try another workaround where you place the entire mods folder in another folder and place it in the main mod directory. This is a long shot but it worked for several people due to unknown reasons.
